Locke is the second character you control in the game. Locke is sauve and a charmer. He is a "treasure hunter", although the original owners of his treasure would probably call him a thief. He isn't a top fighter but can be good now and again. He hides a deep pain as he lost his fiance when she fell and lost all her memory. When he returned to see her many years later he discovered she had died and that she called for him as she died. During the game, he falls in love with Celes and starts new with her after the end of the game.
