MAIN GFS
Quezacotl
Obtained from Squall's desk in the classroom on the second floors of Balamb Garden (disc 1, 2 or 3).
Shiva
Obtained from Squall's desk in the classroom on the second floors of Balamb Garden (disc 1, 2 or 3).
Ifrit
Defeat Ifrit in the Fire Cavern to acquire Ifrit (disc 1).
Siren
Siren can be drawn from the Elvoret at the Dollet communication tower.
Brothers
Brothers can be aquired by defeating them in the Tomb of the Unknown king (disc 1, 2, 3 or 4).
Diablos
Use the magical lamp (item given to you by Cid), then defeat Diablos in battle to acquire him (disc 1, 2, 3 or 4).
Carbuncle
Draw from an Iguion (monsters that attack Rinoa) at the President's Residence in Deling City (disc 1).
Leviathan
Draw from Garden Master NORG in the basement of Balamb Garden (disc 2).
Pandemona
Pandemona can be drawn from Fujin when you fight him in Balamb (disc 2).
Cerberus
To acquire Cerberus, you must defeat him in the main hall of Galbadia Garden (disc 2).
Alexander
Draw Alexander from Edea in the Galbadia Garden auditorium (disc 2).
Doomtrain
Get the Solomon's Ring (item) from Tear's Point. Once you have 6 Marlboro's Tentacles, 6 Remedy+ and 6 Steel Pipes, you can use the Solomon's Ring to get Doomtrain (disc 3 or 4).
Bahamut
Defeat Bahamunt at the Deep Sea Research Center (disc 3 or 4).
Cactuar
Go to Catuar Island (small desert island near the Kashkabald desert). There will be a cactuar pop up in the desert every few seconds, walk into the Cactuar to begin a fight with Jumbo Cactuar. Defeat Jumbo Cactuar to get the Cactuar GF (disc 3 or 4).
Tonberry
Get 20 chef's knives (item) by defeating or stealing from Tonberries, or by using Quezacotl's Card-Mod ability on Tonberry and Tonberry King cards. Then, go to Centra Ruins and get Odin. You should soon get into a random battle with Tonberry (disc 3 or 4).
Eden
Eden can be drawn from the Ultima Weapon in the Deep Sea Research Center. You must have Bahamut first (disc 3 or 4).
OTHER GFS
Chicobo
Gift from Chocoboy in chocobo forest, awarded on catching your first chocobo or after paying chcoboy to catch a chocobo for you (disc 2, 3 or 4).
Moomba
Obtain a Friendship (item) using the PocketStation.
Phoenix
Get a Phoenix Pinion (item) and use it in battle. One way of getting a Phoenix Pinion is to complete the sub-quest at the Shumi Village.
Odin
Defeat Odin at Centra Ruins to acquire Odin.
Giglamesh
Beat Seifer at Lunatic Pandora with Odin acquired. Seifer will kill Odin and Giglamesh will replace him.
